Returns & Refunds Policy — OFM4x4 EU

1. 14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian law (OUG 34/2014).
2. Return conditions
- Products must be returned unused, complete, and in original packaging.
- Customised or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Refund process
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Initial shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4. Restocking fees
If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered), a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
5. Warranty returns
Defective products may be returned under the warranty terms (2 years by law, 1–4 years if specified by the manufacturer). See our Terms & Conditions for details.
